摘要
【目的】诊断分析和静县巴伦台镇牦牛与博乐市郊区奶牛流产病因。并以商品试剂盒检测结果为标准,对比常用犬新孢子虫病的诊断方法。【方法】分别使用N.caninumAntibodyTestkit、自建rELISA检测方法和PCR检测方法,进行犬新孢子虫病检测。同时使用虎红平板凝集试验、试管凝集试验,检测该地区布鲁氏病流行情况。【结果】和静县巴伦台镇牦牛流产病因主要为布鲁氏杆菌感染,其感染率为72.7%。博乐市郊区奶牛流产病因主要为新孢子虫病感染,其感染率为25%。【结论】应用GST-NcSAG1t抗原蛋白的rELISA检测法和PCR诊断技术为灵敏度高,特异性较强。和静县巴伦台镇牦牛与博乐市郊区奶牛流产病因分别为布鲁氏杆菌和新孢子虫感染引起,应加强防范。
[Objective and Method] The main purpose of the study is to diagnose abortion in yaks and cows in parts of region of Xinjiang.The detection of abortion in cows (or yaks ) is performed by using N.caninum antibody test kit,rELISA test and PCR examination for detection of Neosporosis,and by using RBT and SAT test for detection of Brucellosis,respectively.[Result]The abortion of yaks was mainly infected by Brucellosis in Balentai town of Hejing county,its infection rate was 72.7%;the abortion of cows was mainly infected by Neosporosis in suburbs of Bole city,its infection rate waw 25% diagnostic techniques have high sensitivity.[Conclusion]The results of GST-NcSAG1t rELISA test and PCR diagnostic techniques have high sensitivity.Thc abortion of yak from Balentai town of Hejing county and cow from suburban area of Bole were caused by Brucellosis and Neosporosis.
