摘要
从螯合剂的络合稳定常数lgK和螯合容量两大指标性参数入手介绍氨基羧酸类、膦酸盐类、羟基羧酸类、氨基酸类和聚羧酸类五大有机螯合剂。重点评述取代因生态环保问题退出市场的NTA、EDTA、DTPA的有机膦酸盐类螯合剂,虽然在制造过程中涉及甲醛,但如经妥善处理,残留在纺织品上的甲醛将低于国内外有关法规的可控限量,且不会造成水体富营养化。
From the two major indicating parameters of complex stability constants Ig K and sequestration capacity of the chelating agents , five organic chelating agents were introduced such as amino carboxylic acid type, bisphosphonates type, hydroxy carboxylic acids type, amino acids type and polycarboxylic acid type. Emphasis was put on to the organic phosphonate chelating agents, the substitute for NTA, EDTA, DTPA which was out of the market for environmental issues. Although the formaldehyde involved in manufacturing of organic phosphonate, however, if properly treated, residual formaldehyde in textiles will be lower than the control limitation of both domestic and foreign laws and regulations and does not cause eutrophication.
