摘要
根据岳麓书院藏秦简,锤作为计量单位,相当于8铢或1/3两。秦律赀罚中甲的价格为金2两1锤或1344钱,盾的价格为金2锤或384钱,"赀一甲"与"赀二盾"是两个不同的刑罚等级,因此赀甲、盾分为四个等级:赀二甲、赀一甲、赀二盾和赀一盾。
According to the Qin bamboo slips kept in Yuelu Academy （岳麓秦简）,chui（锤）was equal to 8 zhu（铢）or one-third liang（两）as unit of measurement.The fine penalty of one armor and the fine penalty of two shields belonged to different level in law of Qin because the price of armor was 2 liang and 1 chui of gold or 1344 coins,and the price of shield was 2 chui of gold or 384 coins.According to the abovementioned factors,the fine penalty has four grades rather than three grades.
