摘要
食品消费誓示不仅能够防范食品安全事故,减少消费者身体和健康受损害的风险,而且能够督促食品企业及时发现和整改问题,避免问题演变成危机,因此,及时、准确的食品消费警示不仅对消费者有利,而且对食品企业长远发展也是利大于弊。但是,随着食品安全越来越受重视,食品消费警示误报在逐渐增多,食品消费警示误报会使“被误报”企业迅速陷入危机,食品企业应当从事前、事中、事后三阶段积极应对消费警示误报引发的危机。
Food consumption warning may not only prevent food safety incidents, reduce consumer health harm, but also may urge the food company to detect and rectify the problem, avoid the problem becomes a crisis. Both consumers and food company can benefit from the timely and accurate food consumption warning. With the increasing importance of food safety, the frequency of the false food consumption warning gradually is increasing. The food company will quickly face crisis once the false food consumption warning occurs. The food company should take different measures in the three stages of before, during and after the crisis to cope with crisis caused by the false food consumption warning.
