摘要 介绍代谢综合征(MS)相关的疾病,包括胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、炎性细胞因子、炎性介质、氧化性应激、激素对血管的结构和功能改变的影响,最终导致高血压、脂代谢紊乱及2型糖尿病的产生。综合研究,总结最新的MS研究的进展及治疗方向,并提出目前面临的问题,为MS未来的研究方向提供参考。 The present article is an introduction of diseases related to metabolic syndrome(MS),such as insulin resistance,obesity,adipocytokines,inflammatory mediators,oxidative stress,cortisol,and vascular structure.These diseases ultimately lead to hypertension,lipid abnormalities and glucose intolerance.The summarization of current research in the treatment of MS,and the difficulties in recent research aims to promote the correct way for future research.
