一般PID控制器采用A/D芯片和D/A芯片进行数据采集和控制输出,价格高。本文介绍了一种高性价比的PID流量控制器,计数电磁流量计的脉冲输出采集流量,通过数字通讯控制变频器,方法简单可靠。论文详细的介绍了控制器的硬件电路,并给出了实用的PID控制算法。
The price of general PID controller uses A/D chip and D/A chip for data acquisition and control output is high. This paper introduces a highly efficient and cost-effective PID flow controller. Flow collection is used by counting electromagnetic flowmeter pulse output. Inverter is controled by digital communication. The method is simple and reliable. The paper describes controller's hardware, and PID control algorithm is given.
