摘要
当前,高职院校的教学管理体系侧重于专业规划建设,而课程建设缺乏系统的管理和沟通体制,容易在教学中产生一些矛盾和问题。矩阵型教学管理体系是对原有教学管理体系的改进,可以推进学校的教学管理、教学研究等快速发展。
Currently,the emphasis of teaching management system in higher vocational colleges refers to the construction and planning of specialized subjects.However,the lack of systematic management and communication system easily brings about some problems.By upgrading the original teaching management system,the matrix form-based teaching management system can promote college＇s teaching management and the related research.
