摘要
结合工作实践,以某廉租住房建设项目为例,针对项目监理部管理工作情况,分析了加强现场监理工作考核的必要性,介绍了项目监理部对现场监理工作进行内部考核的依据和主要内容,提出了目标考核制度。
Combining with the work practice, as one low-rent house for example. This paper focuses on the work situation of project supervision on management department. Analyzing the necessity of strengthening the field supervision job examination and introducing the basis and main content of the field supervision doing the inner examinating by project supervision department. It provides the target examination system.
