摘要
目的:探索三级康复整体护理方案对于脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能康复的影响。方法:将129例脑卒中患者随机分为护理组、康复组和对照组各43例,三组患者常规内科治疗,康复组在此基础上接受三级康复治疗,护理组在康复组的基础上给予三级康复整体护理。在脑卒中发病后2周内、1个月末、3个月末及6个月末采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评价患者的肢体运动功能。结果:护理组在1个月末、3个月末及6个月末的运动功能评分明显优于对照组,3个月末与6个月末的运动功能评分优于康复组(P均<0.05);护理组患者各阶段运动功能评分的差值明显高于对照组,3个月末与入选时和6个月末与入选时的运动功能评分差值高于康复组(P均<0.05)。结论:实施三级康复整体护理方案能够有效地促进脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能恢复。
Objective：To explore the effect of three-stage rehabilitated holistic nursing scheme on the rehabilitation of motor function of the patients with hemiplegia due to stroke.Methods：129 patients with stroke were divided into nursing care group,rehabilitation group and control group （43 cases for each group）.The patients in the three groups were given conventional medical treatment;three-stage rehabilitation treatment was given to the patients in the rehabilitation group based on conventional treatment and in the nursing care group the patients were provided with three-stage rehabilitated holistic nursing care based on rehabilitation treatment.Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale was used to access the motor function of the patients＇ limbs within 2 weeks,at the end of one month,3 and 6 months after stroke.Results：The scores of motor function at the end of one month,3 and 6 months were higher in the nursing care group than those in the control group;the scores of motor function at the end of 3 and 6 months in the nursing care group were higher than those in the rehabilitation group （P0.05）;the scores of motor function in various stages in the nursing care group were significantly higher than those in the control and rehabilitation groups respectively （P0.05）.Conclusion：The three-stage rehabilitated holistic nursing scheme can effectively promote the recovery of motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
