摘要
国家教育行政学院第36期高校领导干部进修班全体学员在认真听取专家学者专题报告的基础上,于2010年3月8日下午针对《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》进行了研讨与交流。研讨会指出,《规划纲要》对中国教育改革和发展将产生积极、深远的影响,将推动我国高等教育在新的历史起点上科学发展。针对《规划纲要》中关于高校"去行政化"的问题、体制改革方面的问题、人才培养方面的问题、教学评估方面等问题提出了完善《规划纲要》的若干对策与建议并期望今后出台更具体的措施和相关细则,推进我国教育事业取得更大的发展和进步。
All the students of the 36th University Leadership Training Course hosted by National Academy of Education Administration had discussions and exchanges about ＂Guidelines on National Mid-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development Planning＂ on the afternoon of March 8,2010 after listening to experts＇ reports on this special issue.And they pointed out that the ＂Guidelines＂ would exert a positive,far-reaching impact on the reform and development of China＇s education,and it would promote the development of higher education from a new historical starting point.They offered suggestions as to how to make improvements in the ＂Guidelines＂ regarding ＂deadministration＂,reform in the system,talent production,and teaching assessment and they hoped that more specific measures and related rules and regulations would be introduced in the future to promote development and progress in China＇s education.
