摘要
农村土地是农民重要的收入来源和生活保障。农村土地制度对劳动力乡城转移决策具有重要的影响。当前,国内外学者主要从土地禀赋、土地产权、土地产权流转等方面研究了土地制度对农村劳动力转移的影响。然而,现有研究在研究结论上存在较大分歧,且缺乏对分歧出现原因的深入研究,并在研究内容上缺乏系统性。
Rural land is an important source of income and living insurance for rural people.Rural land institution has significant effect on rural-to-urban migration decision of rural labors.Currently,researchers from China and overseas have studied the effects on rural labor migration decision from the aspects of rural land endowments,land rights and land rights transferring.However,in the existing literature there is much divarication on research conclusions,the in-depth causes for the different findings are not analyzed and there is lack of systemic characteristic on research content.
