摘要
国际金融危机给湖南经济发展带来前所未有的冲击和挑战。发展绿色经济是湖南有效应对国际金融危机的明智选择。绿色经济是以市场为导向、以传统产业经济为基础,以经济、环境和谐为目的而发展起来的一种新的经济形式。本文讨论了绿色经济的内涵与领域,比较绿色经济与循环经济、低碳经济及信息经济等核心概念,提出湖南发展绿色经济应对全球经济危机的举措。
The international financial crisis brings unprecedented impact and challenge to economic development of Hunan.Developing green economy is a wise choice for Hunan to tackle the international financial crisis of effects.Green economy is a kind of new economic form which is market-oriented and based on traditional industry＇s economy for the purpose of harmonious development between economy and environment.This paper examines the concept of green economy and compares green economy,recycle economy,low carbon economy and information economy,etc.In conclusion,some effective measures are proposed to address global economic crisis through development of green economy initially.
