摘要
蚕类抗菌肽作为昆虫抗菌肽之一,具有分子量小、热稳定性好、抗菌谱广等优点,是新世纪抗生素最理想的替代药物。目前已经成功鉴定40个家蚕抗菌肽基因,包括Cecropins、Enbo-cins、Attacins、Moricins、Gloverins、Lebocins和Defensins。本文综述了蚕类抗菌肽的家族分类、抗菌肽应用等内容,着重阐述了蚕类抗菌肽异源表达研究。
Antimicrobial peptides from silkworm are an important group of insect antimizcrobial peptides (ribosomally synthesized agents) and they are often small in size, having good ther- mostability and a wide antimicrobial spectrum. They are viable alternatives to conventional antibiotics. At the present time we have already obtained forty genes of antimicrobial peptides from silkworm, Bombyx mori, including cecropins, enbocins, attacins, rnoricins, gloverins, leboeins and defensins. Here we give a detailed presentation of their molecular struc- tures, family classification and applications in industry, with the focus placed on the heterologous expression of antimicrobial peptides from silkworm.
