摘要
分析了水洗消烟系统的净化原理,设计了水洗消烟净化方案,建立了气液二相流模型,通过对喷淋式消烟系统内部流场和温度场的数值模拟,对设计尺寸、位置进行了修正;进行了等比模型试验进一步改进了喷淋系统,制作实物模型进行试验,结果表明,喷淋式消烟系统能够使柴油机烟度、NOx和噪声得到良好的控制,在柴油机后处理领域应用前景广阔。
The cleaning principle of washing smoke system is analyzed, the concept of the system is designed, and a two-phase model of liquid and gas is set up. The size and position of the system is amended through numerical simulation of the interior flow field and temperature field of cascade style smoke eliminating system, and cascade structure is further improved by geometric model experiment. A washing smoke system sample is built and tested. The result shows that cascade style smoke eliminating system can well control the smoke, NO, and noise and has a good foreground in diesel engine after-treatment field.
