摘要
使用可编程控制系统对玻璃纤维浸润剂配制工艺过程进行自动化操作。系统在预先设定好浸润剂的配方参数条件下,由西门子S7-226的PLC(CPU226)通过软件和硬件操作,根据浸润剂配制工艺过程的化学反应进度,进行温度、化学相变、加水量与时间的自动控制,经生产现场调试使用,控制效果良好,达到预期目的和要求。
This paper is main introduced an automatic control system for a glass fiber sizing compound technological process by using of the programmable control system.In the pre-set parameters of sizing compound condition,the system put an automatic control for the temperature,chemical phase change,capacity of water and time by Siemens S7-226 PLC（CPU226） to operate the system＇s software and hardware according to the chemical reaction of the sizing compound preparation process.Through debugging and using the system in production worksite,it is proved that the automatic control system is high control effective achieved and reaches a desired objectives and requirements.
