摘要
人才培养的关键之一是要有一个适合的培养模式。针对辐射化工的特殊性,从课程体系设置、创新思维、课程设计、仿真和实践教学等方面分析了如何培养学生的积极性和主动性,为培养创新性的辐射化工应用型人才奠定基础。
One of the education keywords was adaptive and comprehensive education system.Aiming at the particularity of radiation chemical engineering,how to train students＇ enthusiasm and initiative was analyzed from the curriculum system,creative thinking,curriculum design,simulation and practice teaching.It was the basis of training innovative application talent of radiation chemical engineering.
