新疆南部维吾尔族子宫颈癌患者HPV亚型感染及TNF-α基因-308位点单核苷酸多态性的初步探讨 被引量：4

摘要 大量流行病学和生物学研究表明，高危型人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）持续感染是宫颈癌及其癌前病变发生的主要危险因素。随着研究的深入，人们发现宫颈正常的妇女中HPV感染率也较高，而这些HPV感染者大部分并未发展为宫颈癌，仅有小部分最终发生宫颈浸润癌，提示宿主自身的遗传因素对疾病的进展可能起决定性的影响。
