摘要
目的探讨三维超声引导和监视下一次性介入治疗分隔型卵巢囊肿的价值。方法对50例分隔型卵巢囊肿患者应用二维和三维超声引导穿刺方法,选择适当部位和角度,采用"穿囊-穿隔-穿囊"的连续穿刺方法,遵循先深后浅的治疗原则,对宽分隔采用穿隔治疗,对细纤维分隔采用切断分隔并快速注射无水乙醇硬化中段分隔治疗。结果 50例分隔型卵巢囊肿一次性治愈47例,2例其分隔贴于后方囊壁,1例无法选择合适角度"穿隔"均未能达到一次性治愈的目的。结论三维超声有助于选择适当的部位和角度完成分隔型卵巢囊肿的治疗,减少穿刺给患者带来的损伤,有效提高介入超声的有效性,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the value of one-off therapy for septal ovarian cyst（SOC）under the guidance and monitoring of three-dimensional ultrasound.Methods Under the guidance of two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound,selecting the proper puncture sites,angle and continuously puncturing in the form of ＂cyst-septum-cyst＂ was performed on 50 patients with SOC.The treatment principle was from bottom to top.The wide septum was punctured through the separation,separation for the small septum was cut,and ethanol was then rapidly injected into the middle of separation.Results Among the 50 patients of SOC,47 were cured only once.In the rest 3 patients,the comparts of 2 patients clinged to the rear cyst walls,while the other 1 patient was not cured because of no proper angle for perforating septa.Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound is helpful to select the site and angle for interventional treatment of SOC,and reduce puncture injury,worthy to be popularized and applied in the clinic.
