聚类分析在水稻抗旱材料分类中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 选取102份不同质源的水稻材料,通过水、旱对比试验,以有效穗、穗粒数、千粒重、株高及单株粒重为指标进行聚类分析。结果表明,参试材料可分为5类,其中第Ⅴ类材料DC平均值为84.88,表现出较强的抗旱性,可用作抗旱亲本材料使用;其次为第Ⅱ类材料,DC平均值达75.64,当中个别材料的个别性状表现优良,可作为特殊材料使用;最差的是第Ⅳ类,DC平均值为45.9,表现为不抗旱;第Ⅰ、Ⅲ类材料抗旱性能表现一般。 By the water and drought comparative test,102 rice materials with different plasm sources were clustered and panicles,grains per panicle,grain weight,height and grain weight per plant were took as indicators for cluster analysis.The results showed that all these varieties could be divided into 5 types.The Ⅴ type,with an average DC index of 84.88,had the strongest drought resistance,which could be used as the parent strain.The Ⅱ type's anti-drought ability was the second comparing to the Ⅴ type,with an average DC index of 75.64.The Ⅳ type's anti-drought ability was the worst,with an average DC index of 45.9.The Ⅰ and Ⅲ types showed usually anti-drought ability.
