米非司酮配合米索前列醇片用于流产被广泛应用,但由于其存在潜在的危险因素,因此用药时应严格掌握适应症和禁忌症,否则可导致宫外孕大出血、药物流产无效、不全流产大出血、稽留流产伴感染等严重并发症。
The drag abortion by Mffepristone combined with Misoprostol is widely used in clinical practice. Because this way has some potential risk factors,its indications and contraindications should be strictly controlled by doctors,otherwise, some severe complications, such as hemorrhage caused by ectopic pregnancy,ineffective drug abortion,hemorrhage caused by incomplete abortion and missed abortion accompanied with infection,will followed by the drug abortion.
