摘要
永磁齿轮利用耦合磁场产生力矩,以非接触方式传动,是齿轮发展的方向之一。但永磁齿轮所能传递的力矩往往相对较小,这使得其应用受到不少限制。提出一种少齿差结构的永磁齿轮(系),因其具有更多更密的磁耦合区,所以转矩密度要比其它结构形式的永磁齿轮高很多,具有与机械齿轮可比的转矩密度,理论转矩密度可达150KNm/m3以上。对该少齿差永磁齿轮的设计参数的选择作了研究和讨论,并制作了样机,验证了其可同时具有高的转矩密度和高的传动比。
The transmission of permanent magnetic gear,which utilizes the torque generated in mag- netic coupling field,is contact-free transmission; and it is a direction of the development of the gear. But the torque permanent magnetic gear can convey is often small which limits its application. It illustrates a new type of permanent magnetic gear based on few teeth difference principle which has both high torque density and high transmission ratio. Because of having mare effective magnetic coupling field,it can afford higher torque density than all other types and the torque density can reach above 150kNm/m^3.The choices of design pararneters are discussed and a prototype is made to prove that.
