摘要
通过对草莓试管苗进行不同移栽基质试验,研究了不同移栽基质对草莓试管苗生长的影响。结果表明,草莓试管苗的最佳移栽基质是腐殖土∶红土=1∶1,移栽成活率近90%。
In order to understand the effects of diffedrent transplantation media on strawberry plantlet in vitro growth,a series of experiments were proceeded.And number of leaves,survival rate,plant weight,root and overground growth of strawberry were investigated.The results showed that the media with half decaying soil and half red soil was the best,and the survival rate reached about 90 %.
