摘要
采用化学包覆法制取纯铁磁粉芯。测量了绝缘介质的理化特性,纯铁磁粉芯磁导率的直流、交流稳定性,温度稳定性和损耗等磁性能。用此包覆工艺可以制取功率损耗低(87.0mW/cm3),温度稳定性和频率稳定性高的纯铁磁粉芯,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
By means of a chemical coating method,pure iron powder cores used in high frequency or large power conditions,were fabricated successfully in our experiments.The power loss of the cores is just below 87.0mW/cm 3.The physical and chemical properties of the insolating medium film of iron powders were presented,the DC and AC stability of permeability of the cores were stated,and the temperature stability and the loss of iron cores were investigated as well.
