摘要
在超声波辐射下用大孔强碱树脂催化合成结晶玫瑰中间体,苯甲醛与氯仿的物质的量比为1∶1.5,反应温度为10℃,超声波功率200 W,超声40 min,原醇收率为75.6%;在第二步反应中,用浓硫酸作催化剂,在90~ll0℃之间加热反应3 h,结晶玫瑰的产率可达到85%。
The first reaction of rosen preparation catalyzed by macrospore anion exchangers was investigated under ul-trasonic irradiation.The optimum conditions were obtained:reaction temperature is 10 ℃,the ratio of benzaldehyde to dry chloroform should be l∶1.5,with ultrasonic power of 200 W,the reaction was completed 40 min,the yield of 75.6% could be achieved.The second reaction of rosen preparation catalyzed by concentrated sulfuric acid should last three hours during 90~110 ℃.The yield of Rosen can reach 85%.
