摘要
目的应用脉冲振荡技术测定健康儿童肺功能;探讨不同年龄及身高儿童对IOS肺功能各参数的关系。方法随机抽取成都地区幼儿园、小学及中学4~14岁健康儿童549例(男292例,女257例),采用德国Jaeger公司生产的Masterscreen IOS测定仪测定呼吸总阻抗、不同振荡频率下的粘性阻力、弹性阻力等多项指标,用实测数据与试验所得方程式、Lechtenboerger方程式进行配对比较。结果各年龄组男、女儿童身高随身高的增加其呼吸总阻抗、不同振荡频率下的粘性阻力均逐渐减少,与身高呈负相关;而弹性阻力随身高的增加而增加,与身高呈正相关。身高越高,气道阻力的频率依赖性越低。各实测值与所得预计方程式的相关系数均大于Lechtenboerger方程式的相关系数。结论脉冲振荡肺功能各参数与身高的关系最为密切,年龄次之;成都地区健康儿童IOS各参数与国外预计值参数有差异。
Objective The purpose is to determine the pulmonary functions of healthy children by impluse oscillometry technique,and investigate the correlation between parameters of ISO pulmonary function and children of different ages and heights.(It is deemed as an approach for investigation of the correlation between parameters of ISO pulmonary function and children of different ages and heights).Methods A random selection from kindergartens,primary schools and middle schools in Chengdu is carried out for 549 healthy children ranging 4 to 14 years including 292 boys and 257 girls.Masterscreen IOS instrument by Jaeger Company Germany is adopted to determine indices such as the total respiratory impedance,viscidity resistance and elasticity resistance etc.under different oscillometry frequencies,then a comparison is made between the physically measured data and the obtained equations as well as Lechtenboerger equations.Results In various age groups,a negative correlation is shown between the total respiratory impedance and children of different heights as well as between the viscidity resistance under different oscillometry frequencies and children of different heights,namely,the measured data are decreasing with the increasing of children′s height.While a positive correlation is shown between the measured elasticity and the heights of different children,namely the higher the children′s height,the lower the frequency dependence of respiratory tract is.The correlation coefficients between measured data and predicted equations are more than those from Lechtenboerger equations.Conclusion The parameters of pulmonary functions determined by the impluse oscillometry are closely related to the children′s height,while the age came the second.The investigation shows that there is a difference between the IOS parameters of healthy children in Chengdu area and the predicted parameters of foreign countries.
