凋亡相关蛋白cFLIP及Caspase-8在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨凋亡相关蛋白cFLIP及Caspase-8的表达与宫颈癌发生、发展及浸润、转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测46例宫颈鳞癌组织、21例上皮内瘤变(CIN)及26例正常宫颈黏膜组织中cFLIP及Caspase-8蛋白表达。结果宫颈鳞癌组织中cFLIP蛋白表达与癌的组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);Caspase-8蛋白表达与临床分期密切相关(P<0.05);在宫颈鳞癌癌变过程中cFLIP蛋白在癌组织、CIN组织及正常黏膜组织中的表达率依次降低,分别为76.09%(35/46)、47.62%(10/21)、15.38%(4/26),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);而Caspase-8蛋白在癌组织、CIN组织及正常黏膜组织中的表达率依次升高,分别为19.57%(9/46)、61.90%(13/21)、65.38%(17/26),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),cFLIP及Caspase-8的表达呈负相关关系。结论 cFLIP及Caspase-8在宫颈癌癌变过程中起着重要作用,可能成为宫颈鳞癌早期诊断和判断预后的分子指标。
