ＳＷＲＨ８２Ａ７０ｍｍ盘条经索氏体化后在活套式或直进式拉丝机上经９道次拉至３１２ｍｍ。经检测３１２ｍｍ钢丝符合ＡＰＩ４级钢丝力学性能要求，用４级钢丝捻成６Ｓ（１９）３８ｍｍ钢绳符合ＥＩＰＳ级石油用钢绳要求。
