摘要
以不完全维修的故障强度下降因子与时间域为待优化变量,建立不完全维修的二维产品保证成本模型。首先通过确定最优的故障强度下降因子,再采用两阶段处理方法对不完全维修时间域进行优化,以实现最小产品保证成本。最后对模型进行数据分析后可知:随着产品使用率的提高,不完全维修策略比最小维修策略的二维产品保证成本更低。
The proportional hazard rate reduction factor and the time region under imperfect repair were variables.The cost of two-dimensional product warranty based on imperfect repair was modeled.The optimal proportional hazard rate reduction factor was determined firstly,and then the time region of imperfect repair was optimized with the two-stage process to minimize the expected warranty cost.Moreover,an illustrative numerical example is provided to the model.It shows that as the usage rate increase,the expected warranty cost for imperfect repair strategy is lower than that of minimal repair strategy.
