摘要
通过对配方料泥浆、高岭土泥浆、粘土泥浆分别添加MgCl2,以提高泥浆的粘度及电导率,从而导致压滤速度提高的描述。探讨了泥浆压滤速度的机理及规律。实验表明加入适量的MgCl2会改变泥浆中粘土颗粒的排列方式,使得压滤过程中最初形成的一层滤饼较疏松,便于滤水的顺利排出。
Additive-MgCl2 was added to the slurry of products, Kaolin and clay respectively for increasing their viscosity and electro-conductivity,thereby increasing the filtering velocity of the slurry.The mechanism and regularity of the filtering slurry were discussed.The experiment indicated that MgCl2 can change the structure of clay particle in slurry and make filter layer formed primitively be loose,so the water could be discharged out smoothly.
