摘要
汽车曲轴在工作过程中主要受到交变的弯曲应力和瞬时冲击应力的作用,要求其具有较好的综合机械性能,由调质钢42CrMo制造加工的汽车曲轴可以满足这一性能要求。实际生产中42CrMo的生产工艺还不成熟,文章为摸索具体生产中的各种工艺参数,了解不同热处理状态下的性能水平进行试验研究,获得合理的生产工艺。
Better comprehensive mechanical properties are needed due to the bending stress and instantaneous impact received by the automobile crankshaft in operation. Crankshaft made from modulating steel 42CrMo can meet the requirement, but the modulation process is not mature in the actual production of the steel, so an experimental research is made on the various parameters in production and the performance level in different heat- treatment situations to get the best parameters.
