摘要
[目的]分析比较腹腔镜胆总管切开纤维胆道镜取石T管引流术（LCHTD）与胆结石开腹手术（OCHTD）的临床效果.[方法]对2008年1月至2009年6月45例肝内外胆管结石病人施行LCHTD与同期OCHTD的45例病例进行对比分析.[结果]两组手术病人均治愈出院.术中出血量、胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间,LCHTD组明显优于OCHTD组（P〈0.01）;而手术时间、带T管时间LCHTD组则长于OCHTD组（P〈0.05）.[结论]腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术安全、有效,可行.
[Objective] To analyze and compare the clinical effects of laparoscoplc video choledochoiberscopic hepatocholangiolithotomy Ttube drainage（LCHTD） vs open choledochoiberscopic hepatocholangiolithotomy（OCHTD）[Methods] Forty five cases of extra- and intra-hepatic bile duct calculi underwent LCHTD, and 45 cases as controls underwent CCHTD from Jan. 008 to June 2009. The effects of two groups were compared and analyzed. [Results] All the patients of two groups were cured to discharge from hospital. The intraoperative bleeding volume, time of gastrointestinal recovery and hospitalization time in I.CHTD group were much superior to OCHTD group（ P〈0.01）, but the operation time and the time of the patients with T-tube in LCHTD group were longer than those in OCHTD group（ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Laparoscopic choledoeholithotomy is safe, effective and feasible.
