摘要
人类的时空观念伴随着文明的进程而变化发展,这种发展在很大程度上依赖于媒介技术的不断进步。手机是迄今为止最为人性化的媒介,移动性(贴身性)是手机的最大特点和优势,其出色的兼容性、整合性、私密性和交互性也超越了以往的任何媒介。通过对手机媒介循特点的分析,指出手机的使用使流动空间取代了地方空间,延伸了人类对时空的感知;而手机方便私人空间和公共空间交织、切换的特性,不仅重塑了现实社会的空间结构,更构筑了基于媒介联系的虚拟公共空间,深刻地改变了人类的日常生活方式。
Time and space are fundamental philosophical categories.The idea of time and space develops in the process of civilization,which largely depends on the progress of media technology.Cell phone has been the most people-oriented medium up to now.With the distinguished characteristic of mobility,it surpasses any other medium in compatibility,integration,privacy and interaction.Based on the unique characteristics of cell phones,the paper analyzes the way which is used to extend human beings' understanding of time and space and to reconstruct the social structure resulting from widely-used cell phones.Such way has great impact on the life of human beings.
