摘要
高校辅导员队伍是我国高校开展思想政治教育的骨干力量,这支队伍的建设状况及其素质高低深深地影响着高校思想政治教育的成效和质量.因此必须要立足于高校辅导员素质开发现状的基础上有针对性地开发高校辅导员的素质.现通过对浙江水利专科学校辅导员队伍进行的问卷调查和深度交谈法,以及对"高校辅导员队伍建设"、"高校辅导员素质"等课题和有公开发布的关高校辅导员统计资料的文献调研,在此基础上对高校辅导员的现状进行总结和分析,以期为高校管理者和决策者提供相关的参考信息,并针对当前高校辅导员素质开发中存在的问题提出相应的对策和建议,供各相关部门参考.
College instructors are the backbone of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which deeply affect the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political education.Therefore the development of college instructors＇ quality is vital in team construction.The construction situation of college instructors is analyzed and summarized based on investigation and interviewing in Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College and relevant researches on college instructors＇ status and team construction,adopting some published statistics and literature for reference,so as to provide university administrators and decision makers with related information and corresponding countermeasures.
