摘要
以丙炔酸甲酯(MP)、二乙胺和甲醇为反应物,合成了反式-βN,N二乙基氨基丙烯酸甲酯、α和反式β-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯,研究了反应温度,反应物配比,催化剂等对合成反应的影响,并对上述3种化合物进行了初步的聚合研究。结果表明,反式-βN,N二乙基氨基丙烯酸甲酯产率可以达到70%;α和反式β-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯混合物的产率可达80%,且物质的量比接近1∶1;β-取代丙烯酸甲酯聚合困难,而α-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯仅能与苯乙烯自由基共聚,且聚合产物中苯乙烯单元含量更高。
Trans-β-(N,N-diethylamino)acrylic acid methyl ester and α-and trans-β-methoxyacrylic acid methyl esters have been synthesized from methyl propiolate,diethylamine and methanol.The effects of varying the temperature,catalyst and reagent proportions were investigated.The maximum yield of trans-β-(N,N-diethylamino)acrylic acid methyl ester was 70% and the combined yield of α-and trans-β-methoxyacrylic acid methyl esters was 80% in a proportion of about 1∶1.A preliminary study of the polymerization of the three compounds found that the two β-substituted acrylic acid methyl esters could not be polymerized to any significant extent,and that α-methoxyacrylic acid methyl ester could only be radical copolymerized with styrene producing a copolymer with a preponderance of styrene units.
