摘要
用N2、H2S模拟含硫天然气,研究了常压下超重力反应器中,二乙醇胺(DEA)和N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶剂的脱硫性能。分别考察了液量、气速、转速、H2S体积分数以及温度对2种溶剂脱硫性能的影响。结果表明:采用质量分数为20%的DEA脱硫剂,在常温、转速为1000 r/min、液量为3.5 L/h、气速为910 L/h、进口H2S体积分数为1%的条件下,获得了99.9%的脱除率。与MDEA比较,在相同的操作条件下,DEA的脱硫效果优于MDEA。
An experimental study of the absorption of H2S from gaseous mixtures of N2 and H2S (used as a model for natural gas) by aqueous solutions of diethanolamine (DEA) and N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) in a rotating packed bed (RPB) has been carried out. The effects on H2S removal efficiency of varying the liquid flow rate, gas flow rate, rotation speed, sulfur concentration and temperature were investigated. The results showed that a desulfurizer containing an aqueous solution with mass fraction of DEA of 20% had a high removal efficiency of 99.9% , when the rotation speed was 1000r/min, the liquid flow was 3.5 L/h, the gas flow was 910L/h, and the inlet concentration of H2S was 1% at ambient temperature. Under the same operating conditions, the desulfurization effi- ciency of DEA was found to be better than that of MDEA.
