摘要
目的:建立养精种玉汤(白芍、山茱萸、当归和熟地黄)正丁醇部位的指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Gemini C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,粒度5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(非线性梯度洗脱);检测波为225nm;柱温为25℃;流速为1mL/min。结果:指纹图谱中共有19个特征峰,其中白芍有7个特征峰,山茱萸有8个特征峰,当归有5个特征峰,熟地黄有2个特征峰。结论:建立的指纹图谱适用于养精种玉汤及其制剂的质量控制。
AIM: To set up the fingerprint of n-butanol extract of Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction(Radix paeoniae alba,Fructus corni,Radix angelicae sinensis,and Radix rehmanniae praeparate). METHODS: HPLC analysis was adopted in the fingerprint,and the chromatographic conditions were as follows: the column used was Gemini C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm granularity); The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphorous acid (non-line-ar grade elution); The detection wavelength was set up at 225 nm; The temperature of the column was at 25 ℃; The elution rate was 1 mL/min. RESULTS: There were mainly 19 characteristic peaks in the fingerprints. Among these peaks,7 peaks belonged to Radix Paeoniae Alba,8 peaks belonged to Fructus Corni,5 speaks belonged to Radix Angelicae Sinensis,and 2 peaks belonged to Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata. CONCLUSION: The finger-print can be used to control the quality of Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction and its preparations.
