摘要
圆弧圆柱蜗杆的导程大、齿槽深、齿形轮廓特殊,生产中通常采用成形刀具加工。通过对ZC3蜗杆的齿形、形成原理的分析,采用增量逼近包络线成形的工艺方法,设计了一个数控车削ZC3蜗杆的通用宏程序,用户利用普通车刀,通过改变蜗杆参数的变量值,可以加工不同参数的ZC3蜗杆。为常规编程方法难以加工的零件提供了一种新的加工工艺方法。
Form cutter is used to machining arc cylindrical worm in factory,because the tooth profile is special,the lead length and the gullet size of worm are large.By analysis of the tooth profile and the forming principle of ZC3 worm,a universal macro program that machines ZC3 worm was designed by using the technique methods of increasing approach and taking shape by envelope curves.Using the universal macro program,by modifying the variable values of the parameters of worm,user can machine a series of ZC3 worm with different parameters by using common cutter.A new NC technique method for machining part which machines difficultly by general way of NC programming was also offered.
