摘要
目的分析拼装反射式地板采暖系统的节能效果与实际可行性,提出一种新型地板采暖系统——拼装反射式地板采暖系统.方法在对比分析了当前传统地板采暖系统热性能的基础上,建立拼装反射式地板采暖实验系统;利用SWP-SSR-M型智能化64路巡检仪等测试仪器进行现场实测,与传统地板采暖系统的热性能进行了对比分析.结果拼装反射式地板采暖单元实现了模块化,干式施工,施工方便;模块单元向下传热损失仅为17.3%,保温效果良好;拼装反射式地板采暖系统地板辐射散热率为62.3%,辐射率高;在相同供热量的情况下,与传统地板采暖房间相比,拼装反射式地板采暖房间室内温度高1.3℃,地板表面温度高2.1℃;在热源、运行费用相同的情况下,拼装反射式地板采暖系统比传统地板采暖系统成本费用低.结论拼装反射式地板采暖系统施工方便,能耗低,热舒适性好,初投资少,具有实际推广价值.
The study focuses on analyzing energy-saving effect and feasibility of assembled reflecting floor heating system.The paper proposes a new style of floor heating system,assembled reflecting floor heating system,on the basis of analyzing the thermal properties of current ordinary floor heating.The unit of assembled reflecting floor heating is designed optimally and the experiment system of assembled reflecting floor heating is established.The field test is carried out with SWP-SSR-M intellectualization 64 groups measuring instruments,then carrying on the contrastive analysis with thermal properties of ordinary floor heating system,and the conclusion of the research are as follows:it is module structure on the unit of assembled reflecting floor heating,and the convenient and dry construction is adopted;downward heat transfer loss of the unit of assembled reflecting floor heating is only 17.3%,therefore,the effect of heat preservation is better;radiant heat emission of floor in assembled reflecting floor heating system is 62.3%,so heat radiance is high;with the situation of same heating load,indoor temperature of assembled reflecting floor heating room is 1.3 ℃ higher,moreover,the temperature of floor surface is 2.1 ℃ higher in contrast with ordinary floor heating room.With the same heat source and working expense,the cost of reflecting and assemble floor heating system is lower than ordinary floor heating system.Conclusively,the construction is convenient,energy consumption is low,thermal comfortability is better,and initial cost is low with assembled reflecting floor heating system.Thus the new system has the actual and promotional value.
