本文对机床夹具元件的磨损情况进行了分析，特别对减少机床夹具元件的磨损、提高其使用寿命的措施进行了探讨，其具体措施有：合理调整夹具相关尺寸；有效润滑；
The paper presents the analysis of wear and tear of the machine tool jig ,especially the way of reducing the wear and tear and raising the working life .The countermeasure is reasonablly adjusting the related size of jig ,effective lubrication, de signing suitable jig structure and lifting the surface hardness of jig easy destroied .
