不宁腿综合征的诊断和治疗 被引量：3

摘要 早在18世纪，Willis即报道了一个家族，表现为“在休息状态下，下肢由于感觉异常而导致不可抑制的过度活动，有的患者可合并瘙痒症和荨麻疹”。这是迄今为止关于“不宁腿综合征（restlesslegssyndrome，RLS）”的最早记载。自此以后，人们对该疾病的认识和了解不断加深，至20世纪60年代，RLS的定义首次出现在神经病学的教科书中。同时，RLS不再被认为是一种精神性的或心理性的疾病，
