摘要
为了回收利用武山铜矿南矿带 -4 0m以上 40 0万t难采、难选氧化矿 ,1994年武山铜矿与北京矿冶研究总院合作 ,共同进行了“武山铜矿地下溶浸技术试验研究”项目。该项目进行了矿石矿物学研究、矿石可浸性、岩心渗透性试验、矿床地质及水文地质调查、矿体浸出渗流模型、现场注水试验、原地浸出 -萃取 -电积联动试验及技术经济分析等工作。达到了先进的技术经济指标 :浸出率68% ,集液率 65 % ,萃取率 95 % ,电积率 98% ,吨铜成本 9990 40元。
There is about 4Mt oxidized copper ore above -40m level at South Zone of Wushan Copper Mine.To recovery the uneasily mining and processing ore,the in situ leaching had been tested in 1994.The test involved mineralogical study,leaching conditions experiment,modeling liquid flowing through orebody,permeability test of ore,geological and hydrogeologic survey,field injection test and leaching extraction electrowinning test.Technical and economical analysis also had been made for this project.This program had attained advanced indexes:leaching recovery rate 68%,rich liquid collection rate 65%,extractional rate 95%,electrolytic rate 98%,cost $9990 4/t Cu.A complete in situ leaching technology for underground mine hasbeen established.
