摘要
生物监测是环境污染和环境质量评价的重要方法.根据活生物对污染物的灵敏反应,利用青鳉鱼(Oryzias latipes),采用生物监测仪(自动水质监视装置)对家庭污水、工业排水以及河流水质进行监测.研究结果表明,该方法可快速、灵敏、高效地检测水中的有毒物质,能够进行水环境生物早期报警,确保水体的污染事件预警和生物安全性.
Biotic monitoring is an important method to assess environmental pollution and quality.Based on sensitivety of living aquatic body for water pollutants,the Oryzias latipes was used to monitor the water quality and toxic substances of domestic,industrial water and other surface water by the biological monitoring system.The results were shown that the Oryzias latipes system was developed for highly sensitive detection of toxic substances in water samples,and it is a highly rapid and sensitive bioassay test system for the detection of toxic substances in water samples,which could directly produce the biological early warning for water security.
