摘要 采用聚氯乙烯和木粉、稻壳粉、果壳粉制备PVC木塑复合材料.研究木质填料种类、含量和粒径对复合材料力学性能、流变性能和维卡软化点的影响.结果表明:木粉含量增加,材料的力学性能下降,表观黏度增加;维卡软化点显著提高:当粒径为60目,维卡软化点由15份时的90.1℃升高到75份时110.9℃,提高了23.85%;粒径减小,力学性能提高.添加量相同时,PVC/木粉体系的维卡软化点和表观黏度较高,稻壳粉体系的综合力学性能最佳. PVC/Wood Plastic Composite(WPC)was prepared by PVC and wood flour,rice hull powder and shell flour.The effects of the kind,content and particle size of woodiness fillers on the mechanical properties,rheological property and Vicat temperature softening point were discussed.The results showed that with increasing the wood flour content,the mechanical properties were decreased,and the apparent viscosity and Vicat softening temperature point of WPC were increased significantly.The Vicat softening temperature point(VST) of WPC was increased from 90.1 ℃ to 110.9 ℃ when content increased from 15 phr to 75 phr,and particle size was 60 mesh.VST was increased by 23.85 %.The mechanical properties were increased with the decrease of the particle size of wood flour.The Vicat softening temperature point and apparent viscosity of PVC/Wood-flour Composite were higher and the comprehensive mechanical properties of PVC/Rice Hull Composite were best with the same addition amount.
