摘要
水稻稃面双峰乳突扫描电镜图片对水稻分类和古栽培稻研究具有重要意义。常规方法是将整粒粘于样品台,样品台倾斜60°角,电镜扫描拍照。该研究的改进方法,不仅方便扫描、容易聚集、加大倾斜角;而且能将立体三维乳突有效向平面二维转变,减小了测量数据的系统误差。
The scanning microscope pictures of the bipeaked tubercles of lemma are very important for rice classification and the study of ancient rice.The whole grain was adhibited on specimen holder,then slant specimen holder to 60°,and then screen with scanning electronic microscop in conventional method.An improved method was established.Compared with the conventional method,this improved method is not only expediently scanning,easily focusing,angle increasing,but also effectively turning three-dimensional bipeaked tubercles to planar pictures,in order to reduce systemic error of measured data.
