摘要
物业管理作为房地产市场的新兴产业,对提高人民生活质量发挥着重要作用,但同时也存在诸多问题,特别是在前期物业管理阶段纠纷频发.笔者针对长春市住宅小区前期物业管理现状,分析了前期物业管理活动存在问题的主要原因,在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策和合理化建议.
Property management as the real estate market for new industries and improving the people's quality of life in a certain sense,but there are also facing many problems,especially existed a lot of disputes in preproperty management period.This paper analyzes the main reasons about the pre-property management present conditions of Changchun,some solutions and pieces of advice were proposed on this base.
