摘要
从2009年新规则修改的主要内容入手,分析新规则改动的原因以及对排球比赛的影响,指出为推动排球运动的发展,新规则的修改能有效缩短比赛时间,使比赛更加流畅,提高后排防守的防守起球率和防守稳定性,利于开拓排球市场,明确裁判员职责,对队员心理素质和战术素养要求更高.
This new rule changes from 2009,the paper analyzes the main contents of the new rule changes to the causes and effects of the volleyball match,to promote the development of volleyball,the new rules of the game to shorten the time,make the game more smooth,to improve the defense ball back defensively and defensive stability,to exploit market of volleyball,clear referees duties,players psychological quality.
