扁桃体切除对银屑病疗效及血白介素-8水平的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察扁桃体切除对银屑病患者血白介素-8水平及疗效的影响。方法 72例银屑病伴慢性扁桃体炎患者随机分为手术组(行扁桃体切除术+药物治疗)和对照组(单纯药物治疗)。均治疗12周,4周后观察疗效,并进行随访,同时检测2组患者血白介素-8水平变化。结果治疗后4周手术组痊愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术组患者4周后血白介素-8水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银屑病伴有慢性扁桃体炎病者,行扁桃体切除术后促进银屑病治愈。
