摘要
利用农业废弃物稻壳制得了一种廉价的脱汞活性炭。该活性炭由稻壳经炭化、FeCl3活化、酸洗水洗和干燥工艺制得。在固定床吸附条件下,对不同的活化剂浸渍液料比、活化剂质量分数、活化温度、活化时间下所制得的活性炭对单质汞的吸附性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,80℃下,该活性炭对单质汞的脱除效率于180 min内可平均达84.71%,且保持相对稳定。
A method to prepare cost-effective activated carbon for mercury capture by rice husk is recommended.The activated carbon was produced by carbonization,activation with FeCl3,washed by acid and deionized water,and finally dried.A bench-scale testing apparatus was constructed to evaluate the adsorption properties of adsorbents by changing liquid-feed ratio,mass fraction of activator,activation temperature and activation time.The results showed that the removal efficiency of elemental mercury could reach to 84.71% on average within 180 minutes at 80 ℃ with good stability.
