摘要
以淀粉和原乙酸三甲酯进行缩醛反应生成淀粉-4-、6环酯(CSPH),在氨水中进行交联、与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚、磺化合成出以氮为中心新型结构的硫代氨基淀粉黄原酸盐(DSX),采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和元素分析仪对DSX进行分析。DSX具有性能较好的硫代氨基基团用于吸附废水中Cu(Ⅱ),考察吸附时间、离子浓度、温度对吸附平衡的热力学及动力学的影响。实验证明,DSX已成功合成,接枝率为45%,DSX对Cu(Ⅱ)吸附符合Langmu ir等温方程和准一级动力学方程,其活化能Ea为21.84 kJ/mol,ΔH为8.116 kJ/mol。
A novel dithioamino starch xanthogenate(DSX) was prepared by acetalization between starch and original 3-acetic acid methyl ester to produce starch acetal-4,-6 ring ester(CSPH) and crosslinking in ammonia and graft copolymerized by acrylamide and sulfonation.The structure of DSX was analyzed by FT-IR and elemental analysis.The dithioamino groups in DSX demonstrated good performance for adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)in wastewater.The effects of adsorption time,concentration and temperature on the thermodynamics and kinetics of Cu(Ⅱ)adsorption on DSX were investigated.Experiments indicate that the percent grafting is 45% for DSX.It has been successfully applied for the adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ).The adsorption isotherms conform to Langmuri adsorption equation and first-order kinetic equation,the activation energy is 21.84 kJ/mol and enthalpy is 8.116 kJ/mol.
