摘要
目的探讨腹膜后间隙腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术的手术配合。方法对2008年11月至2009年8月完成的25例经腹膜后间隙腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术患者手术配合进行总结。结果全部手术均顺利完成。结论微创手术的广泛开展给手术室护士提出了新的挑战,必须不断学习新知识新技能,同时必须配备专职护士,确保手术配合成功。
Objective To discuss surgery cooperation of retroperitoneal laparoscopic operations in the treatmentof renal cyst. Method The nursing measures during the laparoscopic surgeries for 25cases with renal cyst from April 2008 to October 2009 were evaluated and summarized respectively. Results The procedure was successful in all the 25 cases. Conclusion The experience, nursing skill and responsibility of the operation room nurses are the keys to a successful micro-invasive operation.
